Moving on Up!

Moving dates at end of June and closing July 6. Think I am stamping or doing LIVE FB? Uh, no :) So the June posts are being made June 18 and are using videos from other great stampers. Let's keep active on UpCountryStamper on FB too. Post your samples that you are making after viewing these videos. Everyone that posts a sample and gives reference to my blog post's name for each card's source, from now thru June 30 will have their name entered into a drawing for a roll of ribbon! If you post more than 10 cards, and give reference to my blog post's name for each card's source, I will enter your name twice and you will also receive TWO surprises!!!! if your name is drawn. Do you like dogs? Cats

Stick to It!

Here is a video from Frenchie. She is a wonderful stamping demo with ever so many useful tips and techniques. She writes "lots of tips for 5 new adhesives. The stampin' Seal, Stampin' Seal +, Foam sheet, AMAZING Cling Adhesive to convert your wood or clear mount stamp to cling and the adhesive sheet. " I don't remember who posted this on FB, but I am glad they did. I am going to make a copy on whisper white cardstock and post near my work station.

3 Types of Embossing Folders

From a newsletter written by Bev Adams: "The video shows how to use the standard embossing folders (like the Greenery one), the Stampin' Up! 3D embossing folders, and the “Dynamic” embossing folders we used to sell. The 3D embossing folders are thicker than the standard folders and give a much deeper impression. My Subtle Dynamic folder is thicker than the 3D ones. Both the 3D and Dynamic folders give the same deep impression, but with less thickness. If you buy a Subtle embossing folder today, it will be a 3D folder. Each uses a different “sandwich.” Standard folders have the card stock in the folder and the folder between 2 clear plates. 3D folders use only one plate but it's tricky at th

Just gotta have....

I LOVE the Gorgeous Posies Project Kit! It was the very first thing I wanted! You don't even need to stamp or punch! Just add glue to the greeting labels and dimensionals to the flowers. Tie a bow of white/gold ribbon or purple posy twine! SO easy that it leaves no excuse for you not sending out hugs in the mail! (My first note from this set is ready to mail!) I love this little box. I mean it is as cute as a button (or 100s of buttons). Would this not make a great gift for a person recovering from cancer or from some other situation? I think these will sell out fast! DISCOUNTS ALL YEAR!

I am always a little concerned that many of my customers don't sign up as a Demonstrator. I think it is not totally clear that ANYONE can sign up and that there really are no downsides to doing so. By signing up you automatically get to shop at a Discount, which is such a benefit. Who wouldn't want 20% off their crafting supplies? It means you either spend less on your Shopping list OR can buy MORE (guess which it is for me!!) https://lethakay.stampinup.net

I'm Moving!

NO. Not this site. I am moving from Liberty to Six Mile, SC. My house is sold; my home and lot are chosen. I'm packing, packing, throwing out, giving away, selling....never knew I did have so much! BUT stamping stuff....oh, it's so hard to let go. The last few weeks have been a whirlwind of activity! So now you know why there have been no new posts, no new tutorials. There IS a SPECIAL offer for you putting up with this silence. CUSTOMER APPRECIATION All orders of $30.00 or more will qualify for a set of 5 tutorials using the ORNATE GARDEN suite. There are instructions, measurements and pictures for 4 cards and 1 covered mini notebook. These are gorgeous cards; however, the tutorials can b
